The 23rd Annual Covered Bridge & Arts Festival will be held On October 8
through October 10th, 2004. Festival Hours are 10 AM to 6 PM all three days.
Situated in the beautiful surroundings of Knoebel's Amuseument Resort,
Elysburg, PA, and the twin Covered Bridges Parks, Forks, the Annual Covered Bridge and Arts
Festival has something for everyone. Enjoy live entertainment, sample delectable food or watch
crafters demonstrating the making of their wares. On Satrurday and Sunday a selection of rides
will be open in the park. End your day with a bus tour of several covered bridges, where you will
also find festivities. Free parking and admission. Buses are welcome.
Over 250 crafters offer a wide variety of quality items for sale. Throughout the festival you
will find crafters demonstrating their skills - a good time to begin your holiday shopping.
Enjoy a variety of entertainment through out the weekend. On Sunday, car buffs are invited
to show all their classic and antique cars. And none better than the 1928 Roll Royce Moxie
Horsemobile.
Catawissa Bottling Company has attended the festivities
for many years. You can find their booth near the entrance to the Resort. Displayed are some of
Big Ben's exciting 23 flavors and Catawissa Bottling Company Collectibles. They have a tap flowing
with the oldest soft drink in America, Moxie. Since 1884 Moxie, with that distinctive flavor, has
had millions of Americans, searching for that drink that quenches their thirst. Catawissa Bottling
Company also displays some of the Moxie collectibles that are available. Other vendors and the New
